This is by far the best book on infrared photography for the wedding photographer. Although some other wedding books I have touch on the topic, this one is complete. In great detail, every photo included is described with both technical information and the photographer's thoughts when creating the picture.
This is a great book/5(7). This is a good basic introduction to infrared photography, with beautiful photos. However, it concentrates on landscape photography (as you might expect) and a lot of the text in this page book deals with post-processing techniques/5(18). Joe Farace's book on infrared photography is a great oversight to the subject but is too general.
Deborah Sandige takes you from interested beginner through to a skilled photographer Infrared Wedding Photography book IR, using advanced techniques such as HDR, gels and Photoshop.
Deb Sandige's book is outstanding. This is not an overly technical book. Yes there has to be Cited by: 4. The book is great. It covers everyhting and more that I was able to get from his photography class.
The book will be a great reference guide for me and a source for inspiration and ideas. Buy the book to learn the techniques of digital infrared photography and if you ever get an opportunity to take a Infrared Wedding Photography book with this author, don't miss it/5. Digital Infrared Photography by Patrick Rice is a good overview on the topic, but if you ware wanting an in depth understanding of infrared photography, you are going to have to buy more than this book.
